3 Warranty Options

• 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers parts replacement for any defective components.
• 3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the entire system. If any issues arise within three years, the system can be replaced free of charge.
• 5-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the entire system. If any issues arise within five years, the system can also be replaced free of charge.

What is not covered

• This limited warranty does not cover normal wear & tear (examples: normal fading from sunlight, fraying of fabric, loss of color intensity, damage from water, insects or pets, deterioration of operation mechanisms over time).
• This limited warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the products.
• This also does not warrant that the products won't be obsolete at some point in the future.
• This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Usage Instructions

For wider windows, operate the shades by pulling straight up and down from the center. Do not pull at an angle, apply sudden force, or let the shade drop abruptly, as this may affect smooth operation and longevity.
