Keep your decorative throw pillow covers looking brand new with these quick steps:

• Wash: Machine wash on Gentle/Hand Wash cycle (cold or warm water). Do not bleach. Avoid hot water. Dry clean friendly.
• Dry & Iron: Air dry naturally or tumble dry on low heat. Iron on medium heat while still damp to easily remove wrinkles.
• Spot Clean: Brush off loose dirt. Spray with mild soapy water, gently scrub with a soft bristle brush, rinse thoroughly, and wipe clean.
• Protect: Store or cover your personalized cushion covers during severe weather to minimize color fading and natural wear.

Made-to-Order pillow covers are not eligible for returns.

The following conditions do not qualify for return pillow covers.

• Misunderstood the image of the product.
• Items do not fit properly but were made accurately. 
• Not the color you wanted.
• Change of mind / No longer wants it.
• Not the quality you wanted.
• Ordered the wrong item by mistake. 
• Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1% is treated as industry acceptable.
• Order come later than expected.
• Item were ordered by mistake.
• Fabric dye lot.

In these conditions, we accept return at our shipping cost.
