For small stains, dip a soft cloth in mild detergent and gently wipe the stain (do not rub vigorously). For stubborn stains, do not use strong stain removers or bleach—for ordinary materials (cotton, modal, polyester, flannel), you can gently rub the stain with mild detergent; for silk, take it to a professional dry cleaner specializing in delicate fabrics.
